This is a flashback to a beautiful fall day in Calgary when I had the honor to photograph the wedding of my good friends Blake and Stacey. The weather was absolutely perfect with blue skies and and wonderful fall colors all day.

We met at Carburn Park for a first look and some formal portraits with the wedding party before the ceremony. The leaves were a beautiful golden yellow and everyone looked great. We did a few more formals at the Rundle Ruins (aka the old Victoria Hospital ruins) near the Calgary Stampede grounds before heading over to the Southern Alberta Pioneers Building for some family portraits and the ceremony.

The ceremony was short and sweet and we had some more time to do additional family portraits and some sunset photos with the bride and groom and the wedding party afterwards. The golden glow of the setting sun was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have paid for better light on a wedding day!
