Desktop Wallpaper

The free desktop wallpaper for this month is an image of some beautiful prairie crocuses on the site of the historic McDougall Church in Morley, Alberta.

One of my favorite things to do in the spring is search for Mountain Bluebirds in the fields south of Calgary. These beautiful creatures can often be found near one of the hundreds of bluebird boxes attached to fences all around Alberta.

The March wallpaper is from downtown Calgary and features a close up view of the Wonderland sculpture and the Bow building behind it.

The February wallpaper is from one of the most amazing sunrises I've ever seen. The sky lit up with a furious red glow as the sun slowly climbed toward the horizon.

Although winter has officially only just begun, we've had a lot of winter already in Calgary this year. Sometimes that can be annoying, but other times it can be simply beautiful.
