Fundraiser for the Ride to Conquer Cancer

Here is another great opportunity to get a Portrait Session while also supporting a great cause! I have the pleasure of being able to donate a Free 1 Hour Lifestyle Portrait Session (including a Framed 8x10 print) to be raffled off at a charity fundraiser for Team Ginger in the upcoming 2011 Alberta Ride to Conquer Cancer. This is a $200 value and you could win it if you attend the fundraiser! The 2011 Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Alberta Cancer Foundation is an epic cycling journey along the majestic Canadian Rocky Mountains and will take place from June 25-26, 2011. Proceeds will support breakthrough research, exemplary teaching, and compassionate care at the Alberta Cancer Foundation, a leader in cancer research and treatment. Team Ginger is a Calgary based team of friends and coworkers who have already raised over $25,000 for this great cause! Please help them reach their goal of $50,000 in support of Cancer research. They have organized a great event called "Paint the Town Orange | This Ride is for Mark", which is a charity fundraiser designed to help meet their $50,000 target. Slideshow: Family Portrait Session

A slideshow of images of Baby Althea and her Family from a recent Calgary Family Portrait Session. This was a Lifestyle Portrait Session that I did in their home. It was very relaxed and we took lots of time to ensure that the Baby was as happy and comfortable as possible. It was great to meet her and an honor to be able to do this session with the family! I'm still working up the images but they will be in the client area of the website soon!

Dog Day Print Orders

One of the favorite parts of my job is seeing how excited people get when they recieve their print orders! It was a really great feeling to get most of the Dog Day print orders prepared and ready to go, and I'm excited to see and hear the reactions as people see the prints of their furry friends! Most of the orders are now available for pickup at Pawsitively Natural Dog Daycare: 1313 - 16 Ave SW Calgary, AB T3C 0Z7 (403) 984-9247 Open Weekdays 7am-7pm; Weekends 8am-6pm Please bring cash or a cheque payable to "Sean Phillips DBA Riverwood Photography" if you still need to pay for any reprints or enlargements. Note that I have carefully inspected every order at least twice, and I believe that everything is correct. Having said that, this was a large volume of orders to get out all at the same time and sometimes mistakes happen. Please check everything for yourself and let me know if anything is missing or if you have any questions or concerns about your order. Thanks again for participating in Dog Day!
